    • In your civil service experience, have you ever filled out an Individual Development Plan (IDP)? If so, was it useful? IDPs are intended for staff professional development. As part of the ongoing Civil Service Improvement Initiative, GovOps Secretary Batjer is inviting NxtGov to assess the form and provide recommendations for redesign and improvement.
